Lohan gung has been handed to us via the Praying Mantis Kung Fu
system. The movements are a little more physical and the 18
exercises are designed to develop all the major internal organs and
external body tissues. Some movements are very good for the tendons
or muscles and others are good for the lungs or kidneys.
