FMA (Eskrima/Arnis/Kali) - Filipino Martial Art & Self Defence in Newcastle upon Tyne & Tyneside.

Eskrima is one of many terms used to describe Filipino martial arts. The Filipino arts are unique in that they teach weapons first and all of the techniques are developed from the movement of the stick and translated to empty hands and other weapons. They are excellent for self defence in the modern world because of their focus on self defence from stick and knife attacks.
