Moi Fa Martial Arts Academy - Systems, sub-systems and styles.
The academy teaches four systems of Martial Arts and many sub-systems such as
Qigong, Lion Dancing, Chin Na and Weapons.
Shaolin - Considered the birthplace of Asian martial arts

To learn any complex skills, the best results will come from following a proven system. Wing Chun, Northern Praying Mantis, Tai Chi Chuan, Jiu-Jitsu and Karate are all recognised systems of learning fighting skills. After successfully completing a system of learning, human beings naturally develop their own unique way of applying what they have learnt. This can only really develop from your own experiences and within martial arts we see many different styles of Wing Chun, Tai Chi and Karate which have been developed by great martial artists of the past. You can't master Bruce Lee's style or your teachers style completely, but by trying to copy their style you will naturally make it work for you. All martial arts systems are good and it's the individual and how they apply their style that makes the difference. Students should follow one system until they are
competent before tasting others.
